  2. I have disc problem so i am not able to do anu workout for past 5months because it cause back pain for me.. But this one is perfect for me..i am doing this exercise for past 4days but i don't feel any pain in my back. Along with these i do bridge exercise for 5mins and plank for 2mins.. Believee me i had good night sleep for past days since i am not feel any pain in my back 🥺. Wish me luck for continue this one❤️

    Thanks Jo for doable workouts when I'm not feeling up to other stuff! I'm building and maintaining muscle, improving my fitness and getting that body-ody in the process.

    Wt: 216 lbs (around 98 kg)
    Calories burned: 325
    Heart rate average: 145 bpm (but I got up to as high as 170 bpm during this workout)

Hey Sakshi I’m not sure how many calories burn….you have to ask Jo..I don’t have an Apple Watch are anything…But I no I can feel the difference in my stomach I can feel it working which inspires me to keep doing it…I’m getting abs just by doing Jo workouts…I just have to keep going Cardio so I can see them….You got this baby do your thing….just keep going….Have a beautiful evening lovely….😍🥰👍👍💪🏼You go girl….

    day 1: hell yeah ! it was hard but i did the whole thing, and some other routines as well 😀
    day 2: AAAAH i just finished it ! the beginning was harder than yesterday because im sore but as it went on i feel like it was way quicker this time

  12. Every time you “talk” to us after the workout I always start to cry.. I gained so much weight with the pandemic but also having my baby during the quarantine part in the beginning.. the anxiety mixed with ppd really affected my eating habits and thus led to excessive eating and no will to work… I am in my 2nd week of workouts and I just get so emotional that I finally made it to this point and I look forward to when I can do these with such ease and delight like you do.. thank you for inspiring me and everyone else
